Narcissism to Self Love

Caroline Myss teaches about personal transformation in her book “Your Power to Create” and describes specific stages an individual will go through on that journey. The stages include Revolution, Involution, Narcissism, Evolution and Revelation. To avoid describing her work incorrectly, I encourage you to explore her teachings as it is impossible to encapsulate her wisdom and life’s work in a short paragraph.

The purpose of this blog is to focus briefly on the stage of Narcissism. Caroline describes it, not as a stage in which an individual is egotistically full of themselves, but rather as a path to “knowing who you are with God”.

My interpretation is that this stage is a necessary time to explore what you want and what you value in order to be in congruence with life and purpose.
